Jim assists clients in the preparation of claims for increased costs resulting from delays, added work, disruptions and/or acceleration. He also defends construction claims using the analysis of estimates, schedules and cost accounting data. In his 35 years in construction, he has been responsible for cost control and labor management for hospitals, schools, industrial facilities and government projects.
