Kate Krause provides consulting services for the preparation and defense of construction claims, specializing in delay, acceleration, and productivity damages, schedule and cost analyses. She practiced complex construction and commercial litigation for more than 25 years. In addition to her experience in private practice with two of Denver’s largest law firms, she spent several years as independent inside counsel to a major international construction contractor, overseeing multi-million dollar litigation. She is a construction arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and a member of the Colorado and California bars.
