Construction Consultant/Schedule Analyst

We are looking for an intelligent, hardworking, knowledgeable person to assist our clients in resolving disputes between owners, contractors, subcontractors, designers and surety companies.  Our ideal candidate is currently a Project Manager/Director with a General Building, Heavy Civil Contractor or Specialty Subcontractor.  Strong communication skills both written and oral are a necessity.  Proficiency in creating,
updating and analyzing CPM schedules and determining the causes of schedule changes and calculating the additional time related to specific events is required.  Proficiency in using Excel, Word and Text type files is necessary.  Knowledge of Primavera P6 is required.  Minimum 5 years experience in the construction industry, preferably in a Project Manager or similar position.  We are located in the Central Denver Business District; offer a competitive salary, above average benefits and a progressive work environment.  If you are interested and meet these qualifications please forward your resume, work history and letter of interest.

Construction Consultant/Cost Analyst
